Bell Road Encourager Volume 1, No. 7       June 12, 2005 Welcome To Our Gospel Meeting!!

Our gospel meeting begins this morning with Bro. Mark Mayberry from Alvin, Texas. Mark is the brother of our brother James Mayberry. We are pleased to have Mark, his wife Sherilyn, and one of their sons with us this week. Mark will be presenting lessons dealing with Biblical Prophecy. It’s not too late to invite friends and neighbors to come and hear these lessons. For those who visit the meeting this week, here is a list of all of the proposed lessons: Sunday   9 AM   Introduction to Prophecy             10 AM   Prophecies of Christ               6 PM   Prophecies of Christ Monday             Prophecies of Israel Tuesday            Prophecies of the Kingdom/Church Wednesday        Prophecies of the Nations Thursday           Characteristics of False Prophets Friday               Characteristics of True Prophets We will be taping all of the lessons in this series during the week. We can make the lessons available to any interested individual in tape or CD format. This gospel meeting is another opportunity for the Christians here at Bell Road to not only help fellow Christians understand more about the subject of biblical prophecy, but also to share the gospel of Jesus Christ with those who need to hear the simple gospel and obey it. We as Christians take seriously the Lord’s command to teach the gospel (Matthew 28:18-20; Mark 16:15-16; 2 Timothy 2:2, etc.) to those who have never given their lives to the Lord Jesus Christ. We welcome all of our guests this week, and we pray that all of us will profit greatly from our study of God’s word together. We welcome anyone’s questions about the Bible, the Word of God, and about anything we do or say this week. Our goal and purpose is to do God’s will and not our will or the will of the world around us. We are non-denominational Christians who have no creed but the Bible,  and we welcome the opportunity to share the Word of God with those who are seeking answers to the questions and challenges of life.
